Items purchased between Monday 1st November 2021 and Friday 24th December 2021, can be returned until 25th January 2022.

The following conditions apply:

Items must be unused and in original condition e.g. tags still attached & with proof of purchase.
Gift Cards are excluded from our returns policy
Refunds will be made to original payment method only

We try our very best to be on time – but don't always manage it
We do absolutely everything we can to make sure it gets to you on time. But there are all sorts of unforeseen problems that can prevent that - including breakdowns, extreme weather and illness. We're sorry if we're late.

Standard deliveries could arrive as late as 8pm
