Christmas Returns Policy

Items purchased between Monday 1st November 2021 and Friday 24th December 2021, can be returned until 25th January 2022.

The following conditions apply:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition e.g. tags still attached & with proof of purchase.
  • Gift Cards are excluded from our returns policy
  • Refunds will be made to original payment method only

A few useful things to bear in mind...
    • We try our very best to be on time – but don't always manage it
      We do absolutely everything we can to make sure it gets to you on time. But there are all sorts of unforeseen problems that can prevent that - including breakdowns, extreme weather and illness. We're sorry if we're late.
    • Standard deliveries could arrive as late as 8pm
      Christmas is a busy time, so standard deliveries can carry on till 8pm, we appreciate your patience
    • Deliveries are not completed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays
    • Whether we can do a quick delivery depends on your address
      Your postcode might not by covered by the quick delivery options. You could try a different delivery option, or arrange for it to go to a different address.
